Dick, you seem concerned that because I am criticizing the left, I must be supporting the right. Politically, I think both the left and the right are nuts. About the only party I think is going somewhere is possibly Labour in the UK. However, I'm also aware that they have some crazy people in the cabinet.
I don't write to influence people - I don't care to do that. I write in order to earn a living and in order to get rid of the thoughts inside my head. If I don't write them down, they stay with me for weeks on end.
