Covid doesn't count. The idea was that if the NHS left the EU, then there would be a 350 billion for other stuff. Not for Covid. Every country has spent billions on Covid.

The point is exactly that th cancers and other cases have been left to die - and that's what they said wouldn't happen, that more money would be supplied for that not to happen.
