Caren, I've rad those things as well. They thing is all of it is hearsay, and while I note it, I cannot arrive at a clear understanding of what drives the man.

It's clear that he has no quibbles about murder and using weapons of mass destruction. Does he really want the Baltic States? Or is he upset with Ukraine (they insulted him or something), or does Ukraine have some raw materials he want?

He has never actually been clear about what it is, and nor has anyone else in Russia.

I'm sort of reticent to arrive at any definite conclusion, and until I can, I cannot see a path forward. That worries the hell out of me.
