There is more death and mayhem in the townships - about 800% more in the townships than on the farms. That has been thoroughly researched by the international press. As a journalist, I have also done the research. The handful of farmers who are dying are in remote areas and they are beset by criminals.
Other demographics are facing more murder and violence than farmers.
Also, much of the land that farmers and white people are holding in South Africa was taken (without compensation) from people of color during the apartheid years. I witnessed it personally.
The appropriation (which has not taken place) is a buy-out. What is true is that the farmers who own the land paid pennies for it, and now they want sufficient millions for it to live the same kind of lifestyle in the first world. The prices they want are completely unrealisatic.
Yes, to some extent, there is reverse racism. It is difficult for a white, male Afrikaner to find work. That said, 95% of the wealth in South Africa still belongs to white people.
You need to get your facts straight. I am South Africa (and also German) who has lived globally and being politically involved since 1966.
