Of course, health is important. However, for most women finding a man (preferably rich) is far more important, unless they are very ill.

I cannot imagine being so concerned about what I look like that I wouldn't stay home when I was ill. In fact, one of the things I do constantly is update my pictures as I grow older. I would hate to meet my readers in real life, and I didn't look like my picture.
