Been writing on content sites for a good 22 years. They are not concerned about writers. Writers are just unpaid workers. Or poorly paid workers. One is lucky if one gets in during a period when they pay well. From long esperience, that comes and goes.

There are so many writers about that they don't care if their good writers leave. There are a thousand to replace them.
