Because there actually is a standard for what facts are. That's what science does. It uses very strict criteria to determine stuff. And the problem is that most people are too stupid to actually spot the lies. The very fact that so many people believe Kennedy, and that in this day and age he has 'foudn' god shows how stupid he is.
