At one time, I earned in the top 5% as a headhunter - project management for engineers. Nobody I knew ever asked for a woman, and I don't recall any woman coming forward as engineers with MBAs, etc.

I do know that the few women who have entered the field left because of the immense sexual harassment by men, and the constant putting down by them as well.
