As my 'about' section states, I have no interest in debate/discussion. When I first joined Facebook, I was asked to join a particular group for payment. I did (and was never paid).

The group had a lot of beliefs that I did not. It killed me emotionally to rebutt all the arguments. In the end - maybe 4 or 6 months - I left the group, but not before people who disagreed all came to see my point.

In the days of Google Plus. I had up to 1.5 million reads per post, 3 or 4 times a week. It drained me.

Now I understand that other people love argument, and I do not need to defend my views. I just block them. I couldn't care less if people have a different opinion to mine - they're welcome to think whatever they like.

I will always be courteous to my readers and respond. However, the moment I get the impression, they just want to argue/debate, I block them.
