As I'm born and bred in Africa, African Americans are most certainly more privilege than the people of Africa. i spent 11 years in the States, and the rest of my time in various countries in Europe. I am currently in Ireland.
The sentence I was commenting on read "This is because the black American woman in this scenario doesn’t know that the country of Albania exists. She’s never heard of it. And she most certainly wouldn’t be able to find it on a map. In her American bubble, the white people are the privileged ones, and she projects that world-view onto the rest of the world."
I'm fully aware of the greed in America. It was why I didn't stay. However, to say that only the white people in America are the cause of problems is nonsense.
