As I was walking up the street just now, it occurred to me that there was never anything wrong with the work I was doing - it was always top notich. The problems always came from the people - the people being upset that I didn't notice them, the people being upset because I didn't say hello, the people being upset because I scored higher than they did, and I shouldhn't have because I was 'rude.' And then it would start - all the office politics.

In reality, I did eveyrthing right. It was their emotions and whatever that were the problems.
