As far as I'm concerned, I am paid to do a certain job. I will do that job to the best of my ability, but why I have to socialize with anyone else is beyond me. I eventually dropped out 25 years ago. I have no time for managers who try to force workers to socialize. They seem to be under the impression that if people socialize, they will do a better job. As a worker, I was always the best worker there. So I don't buy that.
