As a South African and German citizen, I don't believe there is any chance of the world moving to solar panels before our world is severely damaged. Plus there are the batteries required for storage. That is a massive problem.

Also loans aren't needed. We can't afford the loans. We need gifts. Even China has now pulled out of investing in Africa. There is no repayment on loans.
