And I have no time for emotional intelligence. I read Daniel Goleman's book on the topic decades ago. There were so many aspects to what he said that was complete poppy cock. The guy was a journalist, not a psychologist.

More importantly, at the time, I started checking some of his claims. Not true. Also, in the world of psychology and psychiatry, there is no such thing as EQ .

EQ is nothing more than a way of manipulating other people to get them to do what one wants them to do. Psychopaths have very high EQ.

It's also true that while sales people tend to have high EQ, the billionaires of this world say what they like. That's because they have the power to do so. Elon Musk is a case in point. He fired 90% of Twitter staff, and he had no problems with that.

I admire high intellect because these are the people who invent, innovate, and solve major problems.

So we come from different world, you and I. I wish you well in yours.
