Agnostics are atheists. Agnostic means without knowledge and atheist means without god. In other words, Agnostics don't know if there is a god, so they don't worship a god and they don't make allowances for a god either.

I think it's fair to say that people who believe in god believe it's a personal god who hears them and interacts with them. They also believe in life after death.

That is not what Einstein believed.
