$350 billion leaves South Africa in terms of foreign companies taking out profit and rich people smuggling out their money every year. It's called capital flight. It makes me laugh when South AFricans get upset about the corruption they assume the ANC is guilty of. It's not even close to what immigrating South Africans and foreign nationals are removing from the country.

Basically, South Africa does not have the funds to pay for the vaccines, I don't think.
