2. Americans have been socialized and indoctrinated from their birth. They have been taught to believe in non-existent gods, laws of attraction, that individualism works, and a thousand other things. All these things have led to massive depression and mental illness when Americans start finding that try as they like to apply all the things they've learnt, they don't work. It is very difficult to change social conditioning.

3. Americans have little understanding of ethics. The first time I read 'How to win friends and influence people,' I was shocked to my core. I couldn't believe the degree of unethical behaviour advocated in the book.

4. Americans don't have time and quiet to think. Advertising, marketing, and public relations need to be banned. 'Influence' needs to become a four letter word. It's making people stupid.
